Shipping Policy: All items are shipped via USPS (Priority or Standard) Mail , unless otherwise stated. Most orders will ship on the next Monday or Tuesday. For non-perishable, non-plant items we do occasionally ship later in the week; This is not negotiable. Same day shipping is not available and “rush” orders simply cannot be accommodated.
Holiday Shipping: Most of the items we offer must be delivered without delay, (i.e., Aloe Vera Plant, Jerusalem Artichokes, Kombucha Culture, etc…) therefore to insure prompt delivery of your items, adjustments may be made to the ship date if it is a holiday week. No items will be shipped between December 20-25.
Shipping and Severe Weather: Spirit Herbs Realm is very rural. Rarely we are rained-in, or snowed-in, but if your shipment or confirmation have been delayed, please permit us a few days to respond as this may perhaps be one of those times.
